How the Opt+Think website handles enquiries and personal information.
Website privacy notice. This is a draft notice for the agency to review against its actual processes and third-party providers before publishing.
Who we are
Opt+Think (Pty) Ltd is a South African marketing agency. For questions about this website or information sent through it, contact info@opt-think.com.
What information we collect
When you contact us you may provide your name, email address, company, service interests, budget range and enquiry. We request only information relevant to discussing your project.
How enquiries work
Until the secure form connection is configured, submitting the enquiry opens your email application and you choose whether to send the message. When enabled, the contact form sends enquiry details to Opt+Think’s Google Firebase Cloud Firestore inbox, from which authorised team members import them into the agency’s private lead management system. Access to this inbox is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not sell enquiry information.
How we use information
We use enquiries to respond to requests, communicate about possible services and maintain appropriate business records. We do not use submitted enquiry content for public testimonials without permission.
Cookies and analytics
This static website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies by default. The hosting provider may retain technical access logs for security and service operations. If tracking tools are added later, this notice and consent mechanisms should be updated.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information may be processed by email providers, the selected hosting service or a configured form-processing provider. The agency should define actual retention periods and deletion procedures before going live.
Your choices
You may contact us at info@opt-think.com to request access, corrections or deletion, subject to any applicable lawful retention requirements. South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) may apply.
Security
We recommend HTTPS hosting, access controls for the agency email inbox and careful selection of any form provider. No web-based transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Last drafted: October 2026. Review this notice before publication.
